A diet that can control Cancer Growth

A facebook friend of mine told me of Ketonic diet. (In fact, she adapts Ketonic Diet to manage her breast cancer -- she is amazing). Here is another story of the power of ketonic diet (Ketonic Diet, originally was created for epilepsy victims) but it seems that it is also effective as cancer treatment. Ketonic diet is a low carb, high fat diet.

In simple terms
" Foods high in digestible carbohydrates (e.g. bread, pasta) are limited or replaced with foods containing a higher percentage of proteins and fats (e.g. meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs, cheese, nuts, seeds and peanuts) and other foods low in carbohydrates (e.g. most salad vegetables), although other vegetables and fruits (especially berries) are often allowed"

Here is the article of how Ketonic Diet helped.

Another researcher also supports this low-carb diet. This a great article why carbs are bad news.

With all these, so we should be eating vegetables, meat (ok, I don't agree totally), seafood, fruits (some people say fructose is also sugar - I don't mind, though). I avoid refine sugar.
