Enzyme Pail - oxidises and makes slightly alkaline water...

I have had this pail for a number of years now. Primarily, I used it to make enzymes and storing water. I didn't realize that it does alkalizes water as well until I checked out the website. I can make yogurt too. (That is the next thing I want to try).
