How to prepare Raw Tumeric for Cancer Prevention



If you have a problem getting fresh tumeric, perhaps you can consider manufactured ones (pls make sure that it has pepperine)

    Saw this link on I had cancer. Nice video! Have you tried it in pill capsules?

    Hi Mayasl

    Yes they do supply them in capsule form and yeap, when I am lazy to make, I take them too.

    But I prefer the homemade one. When you take the raw ones, somehow it feels different.

    Also, you don't really know how the curcumin is manufactured. (since supplements do not have strick controls as drugs)..

    But I know friends in US buys them because they cannot get fresh tumeric.
