The thing to understand about this apparent miracle is that it only occurred because the group’s focus was on feeling and envisioning healthy cells and being unattached to the outcome [~ collectively holding the vision of healthy bladder cells whilst directing Qi from their hands over her abdomen in the vicinity of the tumor]. One Qi Going doctor stated that his treatments worked because his Qi was very strong [he trained Qi Gong 4 hours every day] and his patients’ Qi was very weak and therefore more easily able to be regulated.

The Power of ChiLel

ChiLel, the method employed in the Center, was developed by Dr. Pang. The method is based on the 5,000-year-old concept of qigong (chigong, chi kung) as well as modern medical knowledge. Dr. Pang, reverently known as Lao-shi, the Teacher, has written more than nine books on ChiLel.

ChiLel consists of four parts...
  1. Strong belief (Shan Shin): a belief that chi or life energy, can heal all ailments, including one's own. Students build belief by listening to testimonials of recovered patients and learning about chi and its healing effects.
  2. Group Healing (Chu Chong): before a group of students begins ChiLel, the teacher verbally synchronizes the thinking of the group to obtain chi from the universe and bring it down into a healing energy field, shrouding everyone including the teacher himself or herself. Cancer is devastating far too many families and taking many way before their time. It's time to fight back and take control of your health by following the cancer-preventive lifestyle changes below.
  1. Avoid Fructose and Sugar

    It's quite clear that if you want to avoid cancer, or are currently undergoing cancer treatment, you absolutely MUST avoid all forms of sugar -- especially fructose -- and this is largely due to its relation to insulin resistance.

    According to Lewis Cantley, director of the Cancer Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at Harvard Medical School, as much as 80 percent of all cancers are "driven by either mutations or environmental factors that work to enhance or mimic the effect of insulin on the incipient tumor cells," Gary Taubes reports.

    Some cancer centers, such as the Cancer Centers of America, have fully embraced this knowledge and place their patients on strict low-sugar, low-grain diets. But conventional medicine in general has been woefully lax when it comes to highlighting the health dangers of this additive.

    As a standard recommendation, I strongly advise keeping your TOTAL fructose consumption below 25 grams per day including fruits. But for most people it would also be wise to limit your fructose from fruit to 15 grams or less, as you're virtually guaranteed to consume "hidden" sources of fructose if you drink beverages other than water and eat processed food.
  2. Optimize Vitamin D

    There's overwhelming evidence pointing to the fact that vitamin D deficiency plays a crucial role in cancer development. Researchers within this field have estimated that about 30 percent of cancer deaths -- which amounts to 2 million worldwide and 200,000 in the United States -- could be prevented each year simply by optimizing the vitamin D levels in the general population.

    On a personal level, you can decrease your risk of cancer by MORE THAN HALF simply by optimizing your vitamin D levels with sun exposure. And if you are being treated for cancer it is likely that higher blood levels—probably around 80-90 ng/ml—would be beneficial.

    If the notion that sun exposure actually prevents cancer is still new to you, I highly recommend you watch my one-hour vitamin D lecture to clear up any confusion. It's important to understand that the risk of skin cancer from the sun comes only from excessive exposure.
  3. Exercise

    If you are like most people, when you think of reducing your risk of cancer, exercise doesn't immediately come to mind. However, there is some fairly compelling evidence that exercise can slash your risk of cancer. One of the primary ways exercise lowers your risk for cancer is by reducing elevated insulin levels, which creates a low sugar environment that discourages the growth and spread of cancer cells.

    For example, physically active adults experience about half the incidence of colon cancer as their sedentary counterparts, and women who exercise regularly may reduce their breast cancer risk by 20 to 30 percent compared to those who are inactive.

    It's important to include a large variety of techniques in your exercise routine, such as strength training, aerobics, core-building activities, and stretching. Most important of all, however, is to make sure you include high-intensity, burst-type exercise, such as Peak 8.

    These exercises activate your super-fast twitch muscle fibers, which can increase your body's natural production of human growth hormone. For detailed instructions, please see this previous article.
  4. Get appropriate amounts of high quality animal-based omega-3 fats.
  5. Eat according to your nutritional type. The potent anti-cancer effects of this principle are very much underappreciated. When we treat cancer patients in our clinic this is one of the most powerful anti-cancer strategies we have.
  6. Have a tool to permanently erase the neurological short-circuiting that can activate cancer genes. Even the CDC states that 85 percent of disease is caused by emotions. It is likely that this factor may be more important than all the other physical ones listed here, so make sure this is addressed. My particular favorite tool for this purpose, as you may know, is the Emotional Freedom Technique.
  7. Only 25 percent of people eat enough vegetables, so by all means eat as many vegetables as you are comfortable with. Ideally, they should be fresh and organic. Cruciferous vegetables in particular have been identified as having potent anti-cancer properties. Remember that carb nutritional types may need up to 300 percent more vegetables than protein nutritional types.
  8. Maintain an ideal body weight.
  9. Get appropriate amounts of high-quality sleep.
  10. Reduce your exposure to environmental toxins like pesticides, household chemical cleaners, synthetic air fresheners and air pollution.
  11. Reduce your use of cell phones and other wireless technologies, and implement as many safety strategies as possible if/when you cannot avoid their use.
  12. Boil, poach or steam your foods, rather than frying or charbroiling them. Better yet eat as many of your foods raw as you can.

Eat what you can see!

Processed meats - AVOID it. This was the advice given to me by my ayurvedic doctor when I first went to him to discuss what I could do while recovering from cancer treatment.

Why?
1) You really don't know what is in it. How sure are you that it is made from real meat? And what part of the animal does the manufacturer use. I like Jamie Oliver video showing what is being used to make chicken nuggets... Watch it
2) Mostly, they add enhancers especially sodium nitrate... Why? Especially for red meat processed food, NaNO3 (Sodium nitrate) makes the processed meat look 'red', thus deceiving consumers that it is 'fresh' even though it has been processed for months. NaNO3 by itself is not that bad. It prevents bacteria growth in meats and reduces the need for other more harmful food additives. The problem is when NaNO3 is heated or put in acidic environment (e.g goes into our stomach). It forms a carcinogenic nitrosamines which is bad for us. In the 1920 when US forced food manufacturers to reduce NaNO3 in food, there was a drastic reduction in gastric cancer motality.
3) Lastly, MSG usually the companion of NaNO3 to enhanced food taste. I have written a number of post on this.

Someone told me this.. Eat what you see! Meaning if you cannot see a chicken meat, avoid it.



Anti-Cancer - Cottage Cheese and Flaxseed oil (Budwig Diet)

I visited my ayurvedic doctor yesterday and we had a chat. He told me about Cottage Cheese and Flaxseed oil which he had researched. He told me how to make it Cottage Cheese and add flaxseed oil.

I later checked it on the net and found that it is Budwig diet for anti-cancer.

Anyway, here is what he told me how to make cottage cheese
  • Set the organic( grass fed) fresh cow's milk up to boil.
  • Squeeze lemon juice or lime juice in half a cup of warm water.
  • Pour lemon juice-water mix into the milk.
  • Reduce the heat and stir continuously until the milk is completely curdled.
  • Remove from the heat when the separation of the curds and yellowish whey is complete.
  • Strain the mixture through a clean muslin cloth.
  • Hold it under running water for a minute and then press out the excess water. 
I found a good youtube video (except replace the 'thing' with lime/lemon juice)



Next grind the flaxseed into fine texture. Oils should come out too.
Mix some cottage cheese and ground flaxseed together and eat them daily.

I make my own yogurt so making this is not that difficult for me. I should try this.

Also according to Dr Budwig (link above).

NO hydrogenated oils, NO trans-fats, (all cold pressed oils, such as sunflower seed oil, olive oil, etc)
  • NO animal fats NO pork (pigs are the cleaners of the earth and their meat is loaded with toxins. ham, bacon, sausages, etc should be avoided)
  • NO seafood (lobsters, clams, shrimp, all fish with a hard shell are cleaners of the sea and are loaded with toxins..)
  • White regular pasta is eliminated, as is white bread, (Spelt pasta and bread is a better choice than wheat as many cancer patients have an intolerance to wheat, whole Rye, Oat, Multigrain bread is good. Corn is very discouraged (because of mold and genetic modification issues).
  • NO ice cream or dairy products (other than the cottage cheese and some cheese)
  • NO white sugar, molasses, maple syrup or preservatives.
  • NO processed foods (NO store bought pastries), make your own with our recipes
  • NO Soy products (unless fermented or used for 2 or 3 weeks at the beginning if you cannot tolerate the cottage cheese)
  • Avoid pesticides and chemicals, even those in household products & cosmetics. Good old vinegar, as well as baking soda are excellent household cleaners (look on the Internet for more info)
  • NO microwave, NO Teflon or aluminium cooking ware or aluminium foil. We recommend and provide during your stay at Budwig Center enamel cooking ware. Stainless steel, ceramic, cast iron, glass and corning cooking wear are fine.


Microwaved food causes cacner



Here are some of recent scientific findings on microwaving food:

1. Microwaved foods lose 60 ~ 90% of the vital-energy field and microwaving accelerates the structural disintegration of foods.
2. Microwaving creates cancer-causing agents within milk and cereals.
3. Microwaving alters elemental food-substances, causing digestive disorders.
4. Microwaving alters food chemistry which can lead to malfunctions in the lymphatic system and degeneration of the body’s ability to protect itself against cancerous growths.


5. Microwaved foods lead to a higher percentage of cancerous cells in the bloodstream.
6. Microwaving altered the breakdown of elemental substances when raw, cooked, or frozen vegetables were exposed for even a very short time and free radicals were formed.

12. Microwaves altered catabolic behavior of plant-alkaloids when raw, cooked or frozen vegetables were exposed for even very short periods.
13. Cancer-causing free radicals were formed within certain trace-mineral molecular formations in plant substances, especially in raw root vegetables.
14. Due to chemical alterations within food substances, malfunctions occurred in the lymphatic system, causing degeneration of the immune systems’ capacity to protect itself against cancerous growth.
15. The unstable catabolism of micro-waved foods altered their elemental food substances, leading to disorders in the digestive system.

So the best thing you can do for yourself is to throw away that microwave you have in your house

Top food choices for avoiding and beating cancer

Here is another list of foods which beats cancer which I have found.
top of the list... TUMERIC, Garlic, Tomatoes and cruciferous

Every cancer can be cured

Posting this before but I wanted to highlight several key points I noticed.

When you get cancer.
1) Start on a vegan diet preferably raw.
2) Load on Vit C .. I know some places have Vit C infusion into the blood stream. I was told by a traditional doctor that when you first detect you have cancer, load up on Vit C 10000 mg daily.
3) Drink a gallon of water with sea salt. (I like his explanation on Cholesterol. Processed Salt is 1/3 glass, 1/3 sand and 1/3 salt. So when we take it it sometimes injures our intestine and cholesterol goes there to prevent bleeding, thus forming a plaque and prevent blood flow. Cholesterol is used to repair our body, so cholesterol is not bad and not the root cause of problems.




4 foods that prevents and even cure cancer

I have written about these 4 food before. They are Tumeric, Young Papaya leaf, Garlic and Ginger.

We now realised that food (diet) play such an important role in not just cancer prevention but also cancer fighting. If we can change the things we eat and focus on getting more cancer killing foods, we could prevent cancer in the first place.

Tumeric and how to prepare tumeric for daily consumption.  I often add Ginger into this mix and Ginger and garlic are regular additions to our daily food consumption.

I have done once or twice with Young Papaya Leaf.. they are really bitter....

Go Natural - Not Processed, Not Extracts, Not Alternatives to Prevent Cancer

I have been researching and keeping tabs on information from all over - internet, talking to doctors, both conventional and alternatives since my recovery from cancer 2 half years ago and I have come to a conclusion that diet - the type of food is very significant in that it is either going to prevent or cause Cancer.

Just the other day I stumbled on to this article about Egg Beaters. Egg Beaters is a product marketed in the United States as a healthy substitute for chicken eggs. This article outlined a test on rats feeding one group with Egg Beaters and the other group with actual egg. After 6 weeks, the group with actual egg was 3 times the size of the other group. Makes you wonder, doesn;t it? Read the article here.


This is just one article. Other things we know is that sugar is bad for cancer. Sugar substitute is worst for cancer. MSG is extremely bad. MSG a derived from tapioca which seems harmless. After all it is from a food source. The problem is it is processed.


A lot of Chinese like to adopt a vegetarian diet. They feel good but have you seen what is in Chinese vegetarian dishes - loads of MSG and Soy-based processed meat substitute. I don't know about you, but every time I see those things, I see poison. I totally avoid Chinese vegetarian shops unless it is home cooked and no soy-based meat substitute.
