I have moved away from eating red meat and even chicken only on occasions. Most of the time I will gravitate towards vegetables and fish. I know I have to take more protein so I have added in eggs in my diet.
Eggs have vitamin D which helps in absorption of calcium - good for the bones. (Just note - a new study, calcium releases through exercise changes our cells DNA even during a 20mins work out).
