Food to cure / prevent diseases?

Stumbled upon this video. It is a long documentary.

Some key points to take away.
1. We should have 51% of raw foods in each of our meals. Even light steaming can destroy the structure of enzymes and nutrients. Thus, our immune system can react to 'fight' even the slightly changed structure, which the body does not recognised.
2. Even one meal without the 'balanced' diet cannot be replaced. The body is constantly needing nutrients to be optimum.
3. There is no evidence that over dosing of vitamins causes problems. I know of treatment of Vitamins (10,000mg) per day to treat cancer.
4. Our own body has it's own healing mechanism. It is important to provide the body the 'environment' to heal.
