I found this article and it is so profound about happiness. This bring up one saying that was given to me many many years ago "Be Content and You'll be Happy". You may be wondering what has this got to do with Cancer. Well, state of mind is very important in recovery and prevention of cancer. If we can be at peace with ourselves, it reduces stress level, it reduces complexity in life.
The problem with us (especially me) is that we keep comparing and it is the source of our unhappiness. Perhaps we can learn from this article and change the way we think and live our lives.

“Being happy doesn’t mean that everything is perfect. It means you’ve decided to look beyond the imperfections.” ~Unknown
When someone asks, “Are you happy?” we tend to look around at our peers and see how they are living. If we’re better off than our peers, it’s likely that we decide to be happy. Therefore, one of the tricks of being happy is to change the group we compare ourselves to.
Silicon Valley gossip columns enjoy pointing out that Oracle’s software titan Larry Ellison, whose $40 billion net worth makes him one of the top 10 richest people in America, is not the happiest guy around, mainly because he always compares himself to Bill Gates.

Questions you ask yourself - how are you here?
While I was going thru cancer treatment and fighting for my survival, questions like "Why am I here?" , "What is my purpose?" often comes up.
I have been looking for answers; to try to understand if there is a purpose. Religion has never been an important piece in my life but now religion offers me some answers, which I am still trying to understand and totally accept.
I found this "Big History" which basically tells how everything started. It does not say who or what created the first energy. I like to believe that God did and then God orchestrated everything else with "Destruction and Creation". The concept of "In the beginning, there was just energy" also fall in line with the QiGong's core idea of Chi.
Another interesting thing in the "Big History" is that there is a warning in at the end, which we all have to heed.

Using robots to cure CANCER?
I believe the research in curing cancer is heading the right direction.
Everyone (scientist, doctors) are looking for ways to do 'targeted' cure instead of the
usual systemic treatment, which normally leaves the victim totally wasted.
Here is another interesting 'targeted' method in curing cancer. I really wonder if technology like these will become mainstream.
Watch the video.

Can Cancer be killed by manipulating an enzyme?
Found another research on cancer development.
We know cancer is uncontrollable growth of 'rogue' cells. So the question is how do these rogue cells become so 'superior' that they can grow uncontrollably?
Apparently, according to Dr Chai in her research, Cancer cells are immortal!!. Our body cells have a DNA structure that gets shorter as it replicates. It will replicate until that structure gets too short to replicate anymore and the normal cells then dies... 'kaputs'
But for the cancer cells, it seems that it can activate an enzyme which extends that DNA structure, thus the Cancer cells continue to grow.

But what intrigues me the most about this research is this. If Cancer cells can somehow trigger this enzyme and permits it (cancer cells) to continue to grow, and if normal cells can do this, wouldn't this be the "Fountain of Youth?" We all will be Young forever. Yahoo...But then I am digressing.
So the research is if they can target to prevent the Cancer cells from activating the enzyme.
