I found this article and it is so profound about happiness. This bring up one saying that was given to me many many years ago "Be Content and You'll be Happy". You may be wondering what has this got to do with Cancer. Well, state of mind is very important in recovery and prevention of cancer. If we can be at peace with ourselves, it reduces stress level, it reduces complexity in life.
The problem with us (especially me) is that we keep comparing and it is the source of our unhappiness. Perhaps we can learn from this article and change the way we think and live our lives.

When someone asks, “Are you happy?” we tend to look around at our peers and see how they are living. If we’re better off than our peers, it’s likely that we decide to be happy. Therefore, one of the tricks of being happy is to change the group we compare ourselves to.
Silicon Valley gossip columns enjoy pointing out that Oracle’s software titan Larry Ellison, whose $40 billion net worth makes him one of the top 10 richest people in America, is not the happiest guy around, mainly because he always compares himself to Bill Gates.
