I have learnt a lot since my encounter with Cancer and whenever I encounter articles and research papers which tells me about Low Carbs, High Fat, it brings a smile. My grandmother used to tell me this and of course, in those times, it went into the left ear and out in the right ear.

1) Control carbs intake -- which also controls sugar
2) Reduce sugar intake
3) Go ahead eat eggs, including the yolk,
4) High Fat - go ahead indulge in the butter and coconut
5) Eat those veges -- ok, I am still struggling with this. But I take a lot more fruits these days.
